Welcomed 2 new members (Bobby Leow and Loke Jin Hien) to our commitee and Treasurer (Dominique Ng)

Dear Commitee members,

Thank you for those who showed up and for those who couldn't make it last night.

Here is what happened....we all cheered for BRAZIL at the mamak stall!

We welcomed 2 new members (Bobby Leow and Loke Jin Hien) to our commitee and we also appointed a Treasurer (Dominique Ng)
We each forked out RM20.00 each as a start for printing and BEERS! for the next meeting.....just kidding!and for those who are in the commitee please pay the RM20.00 to Dominique. I will try to get the representative councillor for our Taman and
to make an appointment with YB Hannah Yeoh and Insp.Chia(USJ 8 police station).
Security company has submitted the quotation for the patrolling guards only.Need funds for the July 4 gathering (Canopy,chairs & refreshments)
Also discussed was a survey form to be distributed to individual residents (TP1/1 - TP1/3 to help with survey over to TP1/4 -TP1/8)

Please find attachment of the survey form (please feel free to give your 2 cents worth and reply to me before Monday as it needs to be printed and distributed before 3 June 2010.

    Goodday Peter and members,

    The minutes and security survey attachments are ok. If there's no further injections towards the survey questionaire from members, kindly make the necessary preparations to print copies for immediate distribution as the July 4th meeting is drawing closer.

    Awaiting your advise and have a great and cheersy week ahead.
