Dear Mr. Surendran and the Pro-Temp Committee,
Unfortunately, we will not be able to attend this coming meeting as we are not free at the same hour but rest assured, we are in support of the setting up of the above said as mentioned and work towards the right cost..
My only suggestion, if it has not been implemented yet, is that each block representative printout a single page minutes of the last meeting and announcement, to every house of the same block, with a tear-off reply slip of acknowledgement, agree/disagree, further suggestions, email, to be handed over back to his letter box 2 days before the said meeting date, and a possible personal visit to the ‘no response’ house in time before the meeting.
We hope that we will succeed this time to get to see this come to past.
